While I love Cronometer, it serves a purpose as strictly a food journal. This meal planning system offers both a food journal AND recipes to help you meet your nutrition goals (such as getting enough calories without overdoing protein). If you feel you have plenty of meal ideas that work for you and like using a food journal, this membership is not for you. However, if you are struggling with figuring out what to eat to help you meet your nutrition goals, this is absolutely for you.

This meal planning membership does not support or monitor for potassium restrictions. If you are on a medically-ordered potassium restriction, work with us for extra nutrition support. (And remember- just because you have kidney disease does NOT mean you need to limit potassium!)
You can add your allergies within your EatLove meal planning preferences at any time.
No. You may choose from other health conditions that are a higher priority. Some examples include diabetes, high blood pressure, pregnancy, and high cholesterol.
Late-stage CKD often requires more dietary restrictions, such as low potassium or low protein. This membership does not restrict potassium or protein. Working with a dietitian privately can allow for further customizations.
